“ I’m in town for business and this was the place my colleague took me for our breakfast meeting. Verica was our server. We absolutely loved her. She got us everything that we needed. Super accommodating and quick! The food was amazing too. I ordered the salmon omelette with pancakes. Everything melted in my mouth. I can’t wait to visit again. ”

The service immaculate and the manager was giving us shots that were so wonderful it actually made me not want to leave. “ Best coffee I've ever had omgggg it's such a robust flavor not strong but enough taste that you'll keep asking for more and more. I had 3 cups and had to stop myself from drinking another one before I'm bouncing off the walls from the caffeine. The waffles were delicious nice and fluffy and served warm for the butter to melt. Wait staff are always checking on you and filling your cup with water and or coffee. We sat outside where the patio is a little relaxing space. Inside is beautiful and open for many seating spaces. There's a coffee bar here and I can see why .... Let me say again how delicious their coffee is. Smooth place .. If you're ever in the West Loop drop by here ... The menu, food, and staff will not be disappointing. Outside is dog friendly and the place is kid friendly. Definitely made my morning tummy say yummy! ”

“ Was looking for a more casual breakfast/brunch option and Waffles was the perfect choice. Very relaxed atmosphere, full bar, and great breakfast options besides just their waffles. But of course it’s called waffles for a reason. Got the short ribs & waffle combo, which was a great switch up from the usual Chicken and Waffles . Fluffy, filling, hot, fresh, with just the perfect amount of crunch and bite. Short ribs were delicious, flavorful, and saucy. The cheese was a great addition, as it made the dish very savory but didn’t overpower the ribs. Also, I appreciated the quality of the potatoes; you could tell they were made fresh. Will definitely be back again. ”

“ My husband and I stopped in for brunch and absolutely loved our experience at Chicago Waffles! We split the Waffle Flight so we could try a variety—and it did not disappoint! My favorite was the Red Velvet Waffle—rich, fluffy, and drizzled with just the right amount of sweetness. Chris really liked the Green Tea Waffle for its unique flavor—something you don’t find often on a waffle menu! Service was friendly and attentive. Chris had a regular black coffee, and they were on it with the refills. I had the Vanilla Latte, and it had the perfect balance of coffee strength and creamy vanilla—smooth and satisfying. Cozy atmosphere, creative menu, and quality flavors—we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the West Loop! ”

“ Visited while in Chicago and everything was a 10/10—the waffle, the service, and the atmosphere! I asked for all the toppings on the side so my waffle wouldn’t get soggy, and requested it to be soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was exactly that! Also, ice cream for breakfast is now a must after trying Chicago Waffles. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. ”

“ It is just wonderful here. The food is great, the staff speedy/friendly, and the ambiance is just wonderful. I loved it here. We were able to book a table in advance online which made for a very short wait, of maybe 10 minutes max, when we arrived. I highly suggest reserving a seat. The staff here were on top of their game. Everyone was incredibly friendly, orders were taken and delivered quite quickly, and they turned tables at a pace that I found quite frankly incredible. Now let's get to the food. To be blunt its great. I got the Blueberry Chicken Waffles with a side of corned beef hash. The hash was good with just right level of salt that kept it from being too salty. The fried chicken very flavorful with a good breading. And of course the waffle was really good with perfect pockets for syrup. My wife got the waffle flight and and it was really neat to see the four different waffles and just how different they all were when laid out next to each other. Check it out in my photos.
